Everything at this fantastic central hotel was perfect as we expected. Efficient check-in, just what we needed. The location was central, near the castle, and the restaurant. Easily reached Pillars Restaurant, located within a close distance from the venue, had lunch/dinner there.

All round, an excellent Hotel! I have spent much of my life living in Hotel's all around the World, and would rate the Park Plaza as one of the best! Bearing in mind that in a city in Britain you will seldom get the environment that allows for meals in the open-air, warm sunshine and all that some classify as almost a facility of the Hotel - we arrived on one of the wettest days in June and had all that was needed to dry ourselves out, and relax in a very pleasant, central, Hotel. I wish we could have stayed longer!
Having to use an ncp car park - but this is not the fault of the hotel!
